Peter has an exceptionally strong track record in delivering improved performance and cultural change. Peter has undertaken key leadership and board level roles encompassing the acute health sector through to community and primary care, mental health and secure mental health care. As a consultant operating at the strategic level, Peter has worked with a number of Finacial Services, Health Care Organisations, Education and Legal Services in both the Public and Private domains to design, implement and support business critical change management programmes. Achieving and exceeding in all cases, their business targets, while implementing radical and improved performance management and cultural change. Peter provides consultancy to new businesses, providing feasibility studies, business plans and successful funding applications. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

Tim is a resourceful and passionate leader who is eager to improve trust in organisations. He has considerable experience of process improvement and cultural change with a background as a senior leader in the public sector in education. His professional background included strategic and operational planning, risk management, marketing and developing customer experience improvement as well as achieving several operational excellence initiatives. Tim enjoys delivering change programmes, working in leadership and development interventions and improving senior level governance. He thrives on the relationships developed within organisations through coaching and mentoring both teams and individuals to bring about sustainable and meaningful change in the way they work. Tim successfully works with organisations to develop and achieve considerable cost savings and improved performance.
Alasdair Miller. BDS, FDS, FFGDP, FAoMe

Alasdair is passionate about helping organisations, teams and individuals achieve their potential by developing trust. He has held non-executive director posts for health authorities, professional bodies, private companies and not for profit organisations. He has advised at local, regional and national policy level. Starting his career as managing partner of a successful dental practice he went on into healthcare management and education. He was the NHS Dental Postgraduate Dean of the South West of England from 1997 until 2013. He has been a Council member of the Medical Defence Union since 2005 and was honorary President of the British Dental Association. Currently he chairs the board of one of the largest insurance brokers in the South West. He is working of the final stages of gaining coaching accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
Sarah Mackenney. ACCM, BA, MSc.HPEd

Sarah has worked in healthcare for over 30 years. After a clinical career in cardiothoracic surgery, Sarah worked with organisations at a national level to support their implementation and improvement in clinical governance. It is evident, as the first National Director of ‘Patient Experience’ for the Clinical Governance Support Team that Sarah’s focus is always on the experience of the customer/client or patient. Having introduced a working model of ‘Patient Leaders’ into decision making roles, Sarah then went on to manage the National Expert Patient Programme sponsored by the Chief Medical Officer for England. Sarah enjoyed leading this programme and supporting its development into a successful Social Enterprise. Coaching and mentoring have been key to the success of each role. Sarah is an experienced coach, having worked extensively with medical staff individually and at team level. She is passionate about building trust within organisations to ensure excellent performance through productive working relationships at all levels.
Rhian Woodisse

Rhian Woodisse has worked in the executive search industry for 17 years partnering with some of the industry’s leading players on Executive and Non-Executive appointments. Following a successful career as a Partner with a number of prominant Mayfair headhunters, she established her own company offering a substantially improved business model for leadership services. Rhian enjoys advising on career development and assisting clients on acquiring and retaining top talent. As a strategic partner with Entrusted Rhian is able to support us and our clients on market insights from the top table, talent management, networking and career development.

After a career working in HR for a Global Organisation in Paris, France, Caroline spent 20 years working in Education as a teacher, leader and Coach Mentor for both new and experienced teachers. Caroline designs bespoke surveys and analyses the data to create reports that aim to provide the client with a rich set of information. Caroline is passionate about professional development and focuses on supporting and improving both individuals and teams to be the best they can be.
