I have worked with Peter regularly over the last 20 years in a wide variety of roles and companies and with a variety of challenges. It is rare that I provide a recommendation for an individual that I know so well and have known for some 20 years as I am often under the mis-apprehension and maybe misguided illusion that generally everybody that knows them and has benefited from their skills has recommended them already. The very real reality of this struck home recently that individuals that are truly talented in their sphere of excellence, rarely, very rarely received the direct endorsement and professional recommendation that they deserve. Regrettably these aspects of their ability are not tangible which makes the value of their contribution as a real commodity at a core level very hard to measure. In my view having spent over 32 years considering the dynamics of what generates both real and associated value for a business in absolute and non-tangible terms both need to be considered on a equitable basis one begets the other. It is very rare that the influence of the consultant generates an embedded sea change in thought process and corporate dynamic right down to the core of the organization that has a momentum that is unquantifiable. At a core level this in reality about caring and really understanding what is important to the business and the core components of the whole, i.e the people involved. In this regard I cannot think of or recommend an individual more highly than Peter.
